- Get Healthy// In 2018 it is my goal to get back in shape and lose at least 20 pounds. I am heavier than I have ever been before and I am feeling the strain on my body of this extra weight. I plan to start working out at least 5 days a week and eating much better.
- Spend More Time with Family// I have been working so hard on my business that I have been severely neglecting my relationships with my husband, parents, extended family and my dogs. I want 2018 to be the year where I set a strict schedule for myself and stick to it so that I am not working round the clock anymore.
- Spend Less Time in Front of a Screen// As a small business owner who sells online, you can imagine that a big chunk of my day is spent replying to messages and emails, editing my website and doing many other things on the computer or my phone. I want to really disconnect this year and spend less time on social media and watching TV. I want to find healthy alternative forms of entertainment like my logic puzzles, exercise and board games.
